The scenography and light design of the Momentum showroom at Galerie RX draws focus to the industrial roots and the urban expressions of the Converse history. The space's open layout is delineated by modular structures inspired by industrial architecture. A perforated steel system houses an array of prized ‘relics’ - from floor-length LED screens, to top-lit artefacts and shelving or graffitied glass panes - staging the event as a sleek archeology of streetworn history. The showroom’s radical design highlights the raw-edged spirit of the Converse universe and the endurance of its counter-cultural legacy.
